Accommodation was very comfortable and roomy
The only thing outstanding enough to mention was that the balcony rails were to low and visitors ere always told that when they came.

A bit old. The reception closed early too.

The parking was a bit tight, and the bed was slightly noisy when moving. It seems to be a good spot for families but might need some improvements in the noise insulation.

The room was clean, and well-priced, and the room service breakfast was also excellent value as well as still piping hot when delivered! Excellent!
As a family of 4, having only 1 face washer in the room was not good.

All good - we greatly enjoyed this harbour view hotel - the food was fab and the staff were caring. Good value, everything exceeded high expectations. It was nicely furnished, beautifully maintained and with comfortable beds.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The ground floor access was convenient, especially after a long day's travel.
The parking situation was a bit cramped, and my car barely fit into the smaller space available. It would have been much easier if there were designated spots for each room. The wifi was unreliable, cutting out frequently-common in the area, but still frustrating. The air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy, and while it worked, it could certainly use an upgrade for a better experience. I also encountered a bit of a disturbance with noise from families outside, which sometimes drifted into my room during the night.

The owner/operators were very friendly and welcoming. The room was well equipped with tea cups, coffee mugs, toaster, microwave etc. and the location was quiet yet also very convenient to local shopping centre and beach. The best thing - tea and coffee facilities were easy to access and there were 2 packets of biscuits in the room. Tip for the 'big boys' in hotels and tourism - weary travellers (whether 5 star or 2 star) really appreciate a cup of tea, a biscuit and a good shower!!!
There was nothing that I didn't like.
